Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between DTF and Screen Printing?

We do not screen print at our shop. Although screen printing is quick, efficient, and affordable, we find that over time designs can fade and crack from repeated wear and washing. Direct-to-Film printing is a method where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred to fabric using heat and adhesive. The process allows for very vibrant, durable prints on a variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends. It also allows for an easy application of highly detailed designs with multiple colors without having to up charge our customers.

How do I set up my files for printing? What’s a JPEG? PNG?

In order for your apparel to be produced at top quality, we please ask that you have your logo and design file prepared for final printing when you send it to us. This means that your design file is scaled proportionally to the size you desire, and is the correct image type for a crisp, clean, and clear print (No screenshots or HEIC Files!). For the best image quality, we ask that you send your design as a PNG (Portable Network Graphics) or a JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group), with any background taken out and completely transparent. We want your apparel to be the highest quality possible, and failure to do this will result in additional compensation for continued design time.

What types of products and brands do you offer?

Literally anything you could imagine! We are contracted with multiple suppliers that carry brands like Port & Company, District, Bella + Canvas, Comfort Colors, Nike, Port Authority, Travis Mathew, The North Face, Tommy Bahama, Carhartt and so many more! Have a certain brand in mind? We probably carry it! We can print and embroider on any sort of apparel from typical shirts and sweatshirts, hats, sports jerseys, blankets, towels, polos, the list goes on! You may find that our prices differ than some other print shops, but that’s because we prioritize supplying our customers with high-quality, trendy, and in-style apparel that’s meant to last. Our prices often adjust depending on the brand of apparel and complexity of the print.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, check, and venmo if you pick up in store.

Why do your hours differ from the mall’s?

You might find that we are closed when walking by in the mall. Although we offer single prints and shirts on demand when we’re open, we are not a typical retail store. Our mall location is more of a workspace for our large-scale jobs, so we don’t depend on the mall traffic for our entire business. We are a family-based business, and prioritize quality time outside of work. You can typically find us in store Monday-Friday from 10:00-3:00.

Can I buy a single shirt same day?

See something that catches your eye in our store window? Stop on in! There’s a good chance that you could take something home same day. We keep a fair-sized stock of blank apparel in the store for single same-day prints. Colors, brands, and sizes may vary, but we can typically print something up for you based on one of our pre-made designs for you to pick up a little later.
